This just happens as Soviets in the event.
Its just a spawn camping event as its implemented.
The Germans do not have this issue at all and it is very apparent.
Its way to easier than it should be for 1 german by himself to halt a train by standing on the top of it.
Because I use Axis for BP tasks. 
As long as getting tasks done, then I go AFK.
You know why?
Because FG/MG/German planes/Panther are the most easiest way to get semi/LMG/Vehicle kills.
you afk on the event too or doing tasks? that 9% winrate xD
still 380 batles played just for the tasks? nah … i dont fall for that.
Of course go AFK after seeing lots of team disconnected.
Also I already post about tiered of doing BP task
380/5>65days, still not much since I do most tasks everyday since it come out.
