I have played both tanks for dozens of matches now.
Tiger E is my current MOST powerful tanks among all four campaigns. Same tier with Normandy’s Panther A. Much better than PZ4F1 and T-50.
I prefer playing tanks first because it dosent need much effort, but get lots of scores.

cant talk about either as a first hand experience im not that high level, but the tiger i’ve encunter weren’t a problem even with the t34 if you know where to shoot
Why build rallypoints in this mode?
You get only 3 points. But at the same time you can already use this time for some kills with over hundreds scores.
Also, I am TIRED of being a non paid team helper. Have build countless rallypoints before.

still think that pzIV vs t34-85 is dumb, but i guess that the pnather compensate for this.
For now pz4J kill even the is-1 so is not that bad

I think german’s medium level’s Panther/MG/FG is already compensated its disadvantage at lower levels. Let alone much better Stuka and fighters.
But at higher levels, German still keep getting better equipment. That’s totally not balanced at all.
I am curious how to came to that conclusion. I dont think the AVT 40 is bad but I do think the FG42 II is better. At certain times yes I do prefer the AVT 40 because of the dispersion as you stated but I’d say the FG42 is good enough and better at most situations. FG42 has 5 extra rounds so less reloading, half the vertical and horizontal so the perks make it even better.
