And I think it’s time we get a paratrooper engineer division To bring in the big stuff.
I can’t say I don’t know so much about all the different engineering and equipment we can bring down so be free to expand upon this conversation

I wouldnt be opposed to the little big stuff, like tetrarch tank and small howitzers
Paradropped vehicles are probably better be limited as event squads.
On the other hand, paradropped heavy weapons could be an unlockable upgrade for para squads, but they would probably make more sense for radiomen squads.
I don’t know about vehicles but maybe resupply points or some big equipment stuff
A engineer carry 5tons of steel wood, ammo and bolts.
I never heard of actually paradropped tanks in WW2, they were landed with gliders.
Gliders are too big to implement unless we get larger maps and more tactical game modes.
If such vehicles are ever to appear, this is an inherent restriction that will prevent them from being excessively versatile.
With the possible exception of some 100% urban maps in Berlin or Stalingrad, the Devs could hypothetically find a way to cut out a few open areas in each map. Glider-dropped vehicles or troops would be allowed to select a drop zone like paratroopers, BUT only among one of such predetermined landing zones.
This way, the selected area would trigger a proper animation of the glider bringing the squad down. Upon landing, the glider would crash and disappear soon after, like player controlled planes, preventing the wreck from becoming an annoyance or an abuse.
But we’re venturing into pure speculation here.
