Historically soldiers who operated the panzerschreck found necessary to wear gas masks because of the hot gas expelled towards the operator face at the moment of firing, this is also why the second variant, the most recognizable, comes with a shield to protect more against the hot gas
This is why I’d like AT soldiers to wear a gas mask for more immersion when using a panzerschreck or at least have it as a option with the future appearance customization for the rest of the campaigns
It’s not necessary. The producers will think that this involves humanitarianism and the Geneva Conventions, and this is not BF1. Apart from the use of gas bombs by the Japanese army in China and the Italian army in Ethiopia, gas bombs are rarely seen on the battlefield of World War II.

It’s not about the hot gas being a mechanic in the game or lethal gas being added to the game, i just want them to use gas mask for the pure historical immersion and asthetics pleasure
Depends on it has the blast shield or not but I think the panzerschrecks that will get added will have the blast shield
I prefer it to be an AT class soldier customization option, so we all choose whether to use it or not.
