If deserting is such a problem please do explain to me why I should sit there and be someone's XP punching bag especially when it's a death stack

I’m given no incentive to fight to the bitter end I get no reward for sitting there and taking it and giving someone else entertainment as I fight it out I’m not even rewarded for my suffering while someone else had fun beating me up

And Custom games are actually fun and they don’t punish you if you leave and you can actually have fun there You can even have a rematch with some people if you wish And public matches they’re sweaty and uncomfortable and you always have to do your best to win

And is there a reason you rob us of any form of contingency plans You want us to stay and fight and fighting a battle which is possibly a lost cause fine we’ll fight but can you give us the idea of where we’re meant to be pulling back or where the secondary objectives are so we can at least have a fighting chance instead of just having a flat steamroll

Yeah lol nah, just leave the game and find another one, losing is just not optimal as you get less exp all around (you shoot fewer people if you’re getting spawn camped + the reduced exp rate for losing = much smarter to use your time wisely and find another game where the win is possible). Literally no punishment for desertion, just do it and play the game having fun and progressing fast. Unless you’re playing in a quad, in which case 4 competent players can easily win against full teams on any campaign.

Finally someone with some common sense now you just need to beat that into all the bastards heads in this forum Who think deserting is a problem Not everyone is into masochism and we don’t want to join their fantasy

But in a well made game, there shouldn’t be a reason to desert (aside from real life calls) in the first place, no matter if You’re losing or winning.
There has to be an incentive to stick to the end, at least.

All good things but apparently the majority of the community think masochism is a great thing And beating the other side into a whimpering mess And apparently it’s not a problem as well and you don’t even get rewarded for your suffering

idk what majority of community you are talking about. most people here dont have a problem with deserting bad games.

U are correct. As a student, 1 trick I use is to never join a new game unless I have another 30 minutes(

Personally if I’m bored of the map that comes next, or it’s a white wash I’m out of the game. I come on here to have fun, and not worried about any penalties I might get. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy to lose as I am to win but i’m not staying in a game where there is no hope from the beginning of even putting up a fair fight.

1-events normally use base xp. Dont count bonus.
2-easy to be top player team with less player.
3-easy to get honor
4-we need someone other side to make matchs longer. Longer matchs more xp, more kills.
5-most people leave “bad” side because dont like to lose and because “xp” for win is too higher. But being loser side probabily will teach you much more than being winner side.

Man actually if you want to win do like most of players. Dont play random and choice side is unbalanced in moment since no have bonus good enough to play weaker side. If you dont know trend have several topics about unbalance in maps. Sincerally for me they could cut win bonus for mid and give part to “play random /less players side/weaker side bonus”.

If I end up with a terrible team against 2 full squads of sweat lords, there is nothing more satisfying than to make them suffer.

If I alone manage to take them 500 Tickets, I will never feel like I lost the match, because the score board alone often tells a different story.

There is no shame in losing, however there is a shame in not trying the hardest to ruin your enemies day.

That may be true but that does not mean the same for a new player or someone who wants to level up if we have the same equipment sure but when I’m trying to level up or do something it’s not fun you’re not even rewarded for your suffering especially with the shadow nerves to XP
