Just because the Soviet soldiers had plate armor, they deprived the Soviet army of a functional BR 5 tank, resulting in the Soviet army always being at the bottom of the BR 5 ranks. I would rather remove the bonus from the plate armor and want to replace it with a tank that can compete with the Tiger King. Moreover, it’s not even possible for ten players to gather three people to fully equip with plate armor for combat. Every time, the friendly forces always use that T34 85 as the Tiger King’s food, which is really not funny at all.
That day will come sooner or later. Germany’s Sturmpanzer and Sturmtiger will be added to BR3 and BR4. The Sturmtiger will completely overpower the ISU-152, which will make it much easier to get the vehicle down to BR3 by then.
Also, machine guns shouldn’t be a factor that raises battle rating. If that were the case, the roof-mounted machine guns on American and German tanks would have long skewed their ratings heavily. Don’t overlook how Soviet vehicles have long suffered from lacking proper machine gun firepower. It’s unfair to penalize them just for finally getting one machine gun.

What’s even good about this cannon anyway?
Its 170mm penetration large-caliber gun is even inferior to the 122mm shells.
In truth, it is barely any different from the KV-2.
