I would like to ask how to modify the appearance of my soldiers in the editor?

I used the “modsEditor.bat” file and entered the editor.
But I can only browse the pre-made clothes and I can only use the default team.
Now I want to control my team, dress them up in various outfits and pose them in different ways, in order to take some nice photos.
Could you please tell me what I should do?
These are some of the outcome pictures I have found. This is exactly the effect I want. How can I achieve it? Thank you all.
