There are 3 class of pouches in enlisted. lagre / small; ammo, backpack or grenade pouches.
So now I can usually hold more ammo, medpack/tools or grenade than I could use.
But what if a compromise could be reached in this area? If only there was a pouch that would allow us to carry a small amount of extra ammo, an extra medpack, and one more grenade. A universal lagre pouch class bag, which would be a mixture of the 3 types of small pouches.
The soldiers could carry more things in real. So this is my suggest.

This would be amazing especially if it allowed us to carry extra things in the “mines” slot.

I saw something similar some time ago. If I recall, the person was asking for the ability to equip two small pouches at once. And I believe it’s a better system from the game’s perspective because you still have to sacrifice one thing.

Yup, that was me.
I still think that this is the best solution for this. It keeps small pouches from becoming completely obsolete while also giving more options, that would hopefully be chosen over just tons of grenades for spam.
