From what I’ve been reading it sounds like I wasted my money on the extra slots in different campaigns, am I gonna get my all my gold back from them when the new system is implemented? Probably not since the new system is gonna be the buggiest turd that this game has ever shot out.

i don’t think they are gonna touch expansion slots.
you should keep those.
Im not worried about losing them, I’m worried about compensation when it come to how many I’ve bought through the different campaigns

Same dilemma for me, bought all the slots in all campaigns, and there are campaign sides I haven’t even started grinding yet. All for nothing. A complete waste, good thing I decided already this year not to buy anything new to my Enlisted account or I would probably be tricked out of more cash.

i mean, as long the customization doesn’t go away completely, guess i won’t bitch about it.
( since, xps and customization ware the main reason why i preordered. don’t get me wrong, flame tanks, tnts, bolty upgrade, maps, etc about it was cool and i liked it. though… yeah xps and customization was my primary reason and decided to finance it )

This is my guess, but it may be that only the troop and equipment development progressions will be merged and the slots for troops on each front will be retained.
For example, if you select Soviet Union to play the game, you will be matched to a random Soviet campaign, but if you play on Stalingrad, you will be matched to a Stalingrad-specific 10-slot team, and if you play on Moscow, you will be matched to a Moscow-specific 5-slot team.
In order to be matched on any front, players must place troops and equipment from the common Soviet pool on each front team before starting the game. This way there is no inconsistency and it makes sense to raise multiple infantry squads.
This is just my wishful thinking…
