“Even though it’s a BR1 vehicle, its armament is extremely poor.
If it were classified as an APC, the bad armament would be much more understandable.”

“Many German users wanted the ‘Universal Carrier’ vehicle, but it seems like a good idea to use the Sd Kfz. 221 as a substitute.”

“If it gets classified as an APC, it should be raised from BR1 to BR2.”
It was not designed to carry a squad of infantry

“I get that, but if we don’t take this approach, the vehicle will just become junk. Now’s not the time to get hung up on small historical accuracies. We should think more broadly and with greater flexibility.”
“So, does that mean your opinion is that the vehicle in question should be classified as a rider? If so, I agree as well.”

Everyone keeps saying this - to an extent that I wonder whether people don’t actually know what the weapon is, and are just looking at the caliber. This was an extremely innovative weapon.
You’re looking at nearly 75mm of penetration at 100m - roughly twice the efficacy of the 2cm Kwk 38 on the Panzer II at that distance with standard AP, and still more than 1.5x that of its APCR.
Hell, it’s still rated to penetrate the same 40mm of armor at a distance of 400m that the Kwk 38 with APCR is at 100m.
It would actually be really fun to see the 2.8cm sPzB 41 on its little wheeled chassis implemented as a buildable/deployable gun for Fallschirmjäger squads (at low BR anyway - maybe just for the Ramcke premium outfit), as was the case historically.

“Thank you for the information, and I hope this vehicle operates well so that everyone can be satisfied.”
Everyone hoped to ride in that armored vehicle instead of becoming a respawn point.
I believe the best solution is to hand it over to the vehicle operators. I’ll post this suggestion in a separate thread.
Back in the previous USSR-Japan event, we did get a Soviet motorcycle equipped with anti-tank rifles, but it was practically useless.

“I really hope this vehicle doesn’t end up being classified as a tank.”
