i want to increase the killing potential for bots when armed with M1 Carbine, VG 1-5 and other Semi-Auto rifles that has no one shot potential.
instead of only 1 shots, add 2 to 3 shots follow up shots for the Semi-Auto Rifles that has no One-Shot Potential. maybe add these tweaks too for the pistols.
Semi Autos in general should get less shot dispersion. Like I can have the aim directly on someone, and the shot still misses. And then Select Fires can just laserbeam someone 500m away.
In reality, the dispersion values should get swapped.
at first i thought im missing my shots and realize its the dispersion mechanics
May I propose also that when playing bots in a custom match, when they shoot and kill you with their tank that they actually have to be aiming towards you. 
Several times I have been killed by tanks whose gun barrel is pointed 45 degree in another direction.
sometimes i see that kind of silliness happening.
