well, no, some weapons are too fast already with that perk

At least it will remedy those Long Reloading Weapons. Whats the point of making a fast reloading weapons faster, that just wasting perk use

that’s true but wut we need make sure focus on the problem of fast ones too, who would maybe almost be instant
