This mode is disgustingly bad and horribly executed. This isn’t CoD, Delta Force, or Battlefield, which gather 40–60 players in a mode, pace, and map tailored for it where it’s actually fun… Conquest in Enlisted is disgustingly boring, atrocious, and poorly handled.
Big Conquest is even worse: more capture points and an empty map that turns into a running simulator where you barely encounter anyone. Combined with the fact that this game doesn’t have the massive player count of the aforementioned titles, it makes the mode even more pathetic. They should delete it once and for all, remove the quit penalty, or finally deliver what they promised and never gave us: THE DAMN MAP SELECTION.
Conquest is ok you just need to take the objectives closest to the enemy spawn are just squad wipe the fake enemy players for them to respawn faster.
They really need to just give is the map selection and not this trash dislike/like option that hardly works. i keep getting bulge even tho that is the only map location i have downvoted
If it were at least a good game mode, or if it didn’t pop up 32 times a day due to the low player count, or if the devs actually delivered what they promised, it would be a different story…
Conquest mode is the most pathetic mode in the game. It works in games with planes and tanks, where the speed on a small map keeps the game flowing.
But they made this version for a troop-based game mode. Its ridiculous. Youre running around after nobody the whole time.
To make matters worse, they spam this mode. I desert every single game. A few days ago, there were six Conquest Mode matches in a row. I quit right away.
I like conquest personally but I understand a lot of people hate conquest, therefore it would be nice if people could opt into what game modes that actually want to play like in tf2. (edit) you shouldn’t be punished for not wanting to play a game mode but it might make sense to add a opt into all small xp bonus (eg: 50%) like the join any faction function currently.
