I believe this has been suggested before by others, and I think it’s a good idea. Allow us to drag a specific soldier in the academy panel into the squad group, and pop out that soldier we replace into the reserve group, and visa versa.
Much easier to manage soldiers that way. Naturally all of the current restrictions would still be in place with respect to troop loadouts.
