I mean it was announced for weeks that a progress wipe in the name of fairness to new players would take place before OBT, so I dont know why you are crying.

Save up your Silver and use it on them. You should be able to outfit your crew with what you want by level 8-9.
Just like WT, everyone who feels the need to announce that they’re “quitting” comes back eventually.
