I need same hlep for Game Achievements

I am new player,I like this game,so I want complete Game Achievements.
But same time I find problem,I can’t complete Achievements for Professional.
I can’t open the Bug reports,so go to this way seek help.

When I have complete 5 level 5 soldier with five perks,but I just complete 4/5 for Professional
Whether I try any method,I can’t get this Achievements for Professional.

I hope game developers can see this issue.

I try use new game account get the Achievement,but I can’t get it.

First the game have a level 1 soldier(1 yellow star and 4 grey star).
When I get 4 star for PERSONNEL UPGRADES,and get the soldier levelup 4(4 yellow star)
this time Achievements for Professional have 3/5.

Then I get 5 star for PERSONNEL UPGRADES,and get the soldier levelup 5(5 yellow star)
this time Achievements for Professional have 4/5.
So next time I can’t do anything to levelup Achievements for Professional.

I use PS5 play this game,I want to get the Achievements.

uh tbh i dont really understand this (even tho i already complete all achievement) but from my understanding i guess this is a bug since soldier were 0 star (or 1 star technically) before merge

Thank you for answer me.

I try same method example use new ID play game.
But I can’t get it again,So I think this is problem,like game BUG.

Because Enlisted have been updated,maybe have same new problems.

i cant im really sorry it seem to be a bug since merge give soldier with 1 star instead of 0 star

The merge probably broke the achievement. Don’t expect it to ever get fixed. Thankfully I already all achievements.
