I need help with getting just for the achievement and i keep getting stuck at around ~90 points and as a achievement addict i need advice how to gain points or what is best br for any Nation

achieving marshal rank is quite easy, just grind intensive. i would recommend any nation/BR where you can consistently get battle hero award so you dont lose points. if you start season with 50 points you need 150 points and that is 75 wins if you got battle hero award in every one and you didnt lose points. so if you have 100% WR that means 2.5 battles per day at minimum. with 70% WR you are looking at something ~3.5 battles per day if you have battle hero award in every match.
if you suck and dont achieve battle hero awards, then you need 5 battles per day with 100% WR and probably ~15 battles with something around 60%WR

Pick a faction and BR you do well at…then play to win by building rally points, playing the objective, racking up kills and destroying vehicles. Use your best squads to maximize…and get a Battle Hero award…1 point for the win, 1 for BH. If you are losing make sure you get a BH award so it offsets the loss deduction point. Keep playing and rack up rewards and wins.
Everyone can get bad teamates…that’s why you need to dominate and carry the team in those games. They are still winnable and Mortarmen, Snipers and Medics are not the way unless you are REALLY efficint with them.
You have to play a lot and the marshall reward is shit. I have 380 days piled up from being a never ending marshall. This time I had 3 weeks at that rank, last time only about 4 days. You have to play winning nations and BRs. Japan 5 is solid. Anyone will to put up with grinding an under powered nation is going to know how to fight with it.
The upper tier rewards aren’t worth it…I have over 400 days of TEMPORARY use garbage portraits. I am hopeful they will listen eventually and change them.
i hope that they remain trash… otherwise i might be tempted to grind to marshal.

Find a good team is a great question but i got br 1 on japan but might grind them all after i grind all of soviets (only these avs36 20 avt 40 more and svt 40 sniper and flamethrower and mortar but its few good rounds and i am cool
I play with Gator he is a marshal as well. It helps playing on a good team. When I say good I mean as in overall play not K/D. We have fought a lot of close battles with winning by a hair or losing by a hair. We lost one yesterday because two of us were testing how many mortars shells we could drop on the other team. But Japan 5 is always solid. They always have the potential to come back even at the worst odds. I have seen it a few times. Heck one time we came back 750 points on the last cap defense.

Whenever i win against japan on br V i feel proud of myself because its too hard 
I mean, there should be something to reach Marshall, maybe just make new portraits, but I guess they only have the trial version of whatever AI model they use for the portraits.
My teammates draw the portraits instead of attacking
I have barely 49% WR because of my teammates drawing picnics and drawing portraits and when its so rigged when i do all of stuff and i get no battle hero only the handshake of wow you didnt left the round when your enemies were top 10 enlisted players
I doubt there is a “Top ten” player list in Enlisted too many factions, too many game modes, too many caveats about what “Best” means. Is my 100+ engineering less than 100 kills? If I use 1 squad and make 1000 points is that worse than the guy who uses 10 squads and has 2000 points? I use to play a game called Heroes and Generals I was a top player, I knew the other top players because we always were able to find each other in battles. This game does not have that. I do not know why but there is not really anyone that stands out to me. I have played 1000’s of matches. You need to play a lot of matches, you need to get every point you can to get the hero badge it is 2 points. Do not desert and try not to lose. That is a -2. Japan 5 is a great place. Little harder now that Russia is in the mix but still doable.
