After the merge I grinded out the FG-42 II.
But it said that I needed to unlock the previous weapon before purchasing this one. Since I already had the FG-42 I thought it must be the ZH-29 with the radio operator squad. This also made sense since this squad also contains the upgrades for the FG-42 II.
But now even after grinding out the ZH-29 it says previous unlock required. It also says that I need to purchase all the previous unlocks.
Does this mean I need to unlock as well as buy all the bolt actions and semi-autos up until the FG-42 II in order to use it? I am totally confused with this one.
