Still suffering burnout with the game where I can only barely complete a few BP missions but the focus being the event missions. Its just there are days that I can do 2 days worth of event missions in one sitting due to timezone. Summer based on my experience with other games usually make the quality of gameplay worse due to kids out of school for summer vacation and I have seen plenty of unusually bad matches during this particular season.
Still I’m not optimistic on the future of Enlisted considering the way they presented this new progression and BR system that’s not well presented where I still feel like this game for me is in danger of getting ruined by a huge bad decision.

My biggest issues with the game stem from the promise of dynamic gameplay, obtainable through engineering. The whole reason that I and my buddies came to this game in the first place. It was doable for a while, but with so many additions to offensive capabilities and so few to defensive capabilities, the game has become a run-and-gun ruin.
Paratroopers, bomber raids, white phosphorous, AA nerf, sandbag stacking removal, HMGs are used almost more on offense as they penetrate walls and instantly destroy sandbag walls, etc.
What has defense gotten in the meantime? HMGs, which like I noted are more effective on offense strangely.
That’s pretty much it.
Defense has grown boring as you fight ridiculously hard to win and don’t have a whole lot of options that really hold up to much. Meanwhile, attacking players usually cut right through defenses like butter and enjoy a much more casual gameplay style.
It needs to be rebalanced so that the fights stay interesting and dynamic for each side, every game. So you don’t come across the exact same strategies in every game due to either lack of fortification at all, or all the fortification being the exact same because it is the ONLY way it works (like stacking barbwire in a doorway).
