they come at 4 stars by default.

and you need 70 bronze orders to upgrade a singular guy, plus upgrade the blue tech tree of the infantry type III squad in order to be able to upgrade them in the first place.

Thanks, but what about soldiers stats? I mean, can they have a vitality perk, or sprint? They have a big plus to wearpon perks, but minus to others.
