That’s new feature for closed bolt weapons implemented since merge.

Yep. That’s the one chamber feature, it doesn’t work on open bolt guns for obvious reasons
That’s neat, it’s a cool way to show realism. I wonder why it doesn’t work on sidearms (or at least on the ones from the Japanese practice range).
