I have an issue but cannot report it as i do not have afone with QR nonsens

I still can not fill ammunition nor enter built guns post update

Hi!
As a workaround, you can fix this issue if you change the “Interaction with buildings” keybind in the Controls or if you reset all your keybinds to default.
