Give people a little reward like 5 silver orders for joining the forums And with more people in the forms we can have more in depth conversations.
And as usual anyone is free to expand or improve my idea

You may be right, but some % of these people may be on the forum and have been active.

i have a better idea, just give them 1,000 gold. At the same time, there’s nothing in the game that can be really sped up with just 1,000 Enlisted gold.

Perhaps additional reward for actively participating on the forums. A couple extra silver orders when enough likes are received, or even when a suggestion gets forwarded by helpers/ moderators.
It would be great incentive for creative, balanced suggestions that could really help the game!
