As the titel says i hate it when the zone kills me, eksampel.
im in a prime sniping spot and our team pushes so the enemy team so hard, that i have Two options suicide or death by zone.
I get why the zone adjusts in most maps, but in stallinggrad it shouldent. There are so manh sniping spots that are imposible to get off in time. And many of Them are actually usefull the whole Mao through.
This bothers me to no end, ive been very close too loosing a controller many times do to this.
i Had a new zone death experience today in my tank, in the gunners’ seat I was fine, not in the zone of death, then i started to notice that some of the crew were dying, I couldn’t figure it out i had bot been hit… then suddenly it dawned on me…
oddly even though as the gunner i was fine the loader and the radio operator were killed
You get a several minute long warning that the zone will close soon via flashing on the mini-map. The Berlin train escort mission is the only one that I know of that doesn’t change the area, but this can cause problems. These problems are mostly related to spawn camping, and accidentally spawning on the wrong side of the map when the respawn camera breaks.
Zone changing intends to encourage the attackers to actually attack the point, and for defenders to defend the point. Deeming a spot is good to snipe from for the duration of the game might be good for you, but is unlikely to benefit your team in a meaningful way. Anger over not being able to follow simple and clear game cues is not an appropriate reaction to this perceived issue.
Kill by gray zone, since they lowered the time, is ruining the game. I took a break about 2 1/2 weeks ago and come back to a new lower grey zone death time. It was bad before, slow tanks and sniping get slaughtered by this. Oh, I just happen to snipe mostly and drive tank 2nd. I bought the elite battle pass the last 2 times. I am not going to give them money again until they fix this. Whoever, set this up doesn’t play or test… They listen to dumb ass whiners who come up with stupid ideas because it doesn’t suit their style of play. Every game I have played in the last two days has had 2 minimum grey zone deaths per. I didn’t know there is a mini-map warning. I’m looking through either rifle scope or tank site concentrating there is no time to see. How about 10 second flashing yellow around the border of the screen or something easily seen. Even better how about our squad start moving in the correct safe direction so if we are killed by the grey zone we at least have a chance in another squad member already safe.
