Tbh ur case is very strange, i play on all servers and is extremly rare find bots on most matches, they are easily to recognize, especially by ther names.
I “waste” a lot of time studying the bots and they are pretty basic, so that match has to be boring as hell; even there are 10 v 10 full human matches and indeed a entire team can beat the yours (as you mention in the post), but is a much more dynamic match.
I think (in base to all my hours wasted studying the ai behavior) that there are some matches that dosnt make correct MM and just put you in a match with all being bots. So i can conclude what is some sort of “bug” or “mistake” with the MM.

Besides of tha, the aimbot is the most conmon cheat.
