So right now the Economy for F2P players is in the gutter. I’ve mentioned that on numerous other posts that other players have put, but I never really gave a really good idea on how to fix it. Sometimes when I am playing I get good ideas so here goes.
Let F2P players trade Bronze for Silver tickets (Not my idea, I am borrowing this from other players whom suggested it). So, you potentially lose some monetization from fewer people going for Premium or BP. However, this is how you make it up.
Sell us player whom are willing to invest in this game Cosmetics. I am talking full on Camo Options, Emblems (just none that are actually related to certain units that caused such horrific actions during WW2) and other such items. Let me make my one infantry unit look like the German Para group. Or let me have another in their Dress Black Uniforms (of which some fought that way in the closing stages of the conflict. Let us add cool things like backpacks, trench shovels, ammo packs (Not the in game add-ons) to them.
I bet the vast majority of us players whom have already invested in this game will pay for that.
Some games I know thrive on this option to bring in sustainable income.
I am literally thinking of the F2P players with this. I’m willing to pay so they can stay. But you need to listen and help them stay.
Yes. And DO allow us to get the green pea camouflage of ss troops, it’s a camouflage, nothing more. Don’t add the ss or the skull and bones if you’re afraid of it (though it would be a nice historical touch, wich is always a plus).
I for one WOULD invest in good looking attire. Because I fight in style.
Before you guys think about it, we do NOT want absurdly ridiculous multicoloured weapons such as those found in kiddy games like CoD, fortnight or CSgo. Keep those aberrations away from the game!
i m not that interested in soldier costumisation besides what i see in my POV . diferent watch, gloves or what ever. or even, some charms on the weapon.
ngl there are some camos and helmets already ingame that we loose hours trying to match but i came to conclusion thats a waste of time since i rarelly see them in detail ingame lol … so i wouldnt open my wallet for it.
i would pay tho, for vehicle costumisation. adding logs, sandbags bushes or diferent paintjobs on the tanks would be a plus for me.
also, a way for us to choose our layout with diferent ammo types would be golden.
That would be the maximum I’d tolerate, as at least that one might have existed. As long as it’s not horrible fruity colours with bright blue and red on it…
I disagree with this one. The emblems match squads’ division so changing them is pure nonsens, unless they also match.
I understand that customisation yada yada but keep at least this part historical, please.
Then lets add to it, let me change one of my Tunisian Squads to the 90th Light for a price. Let us pick that and then we can change the coat of Arms as well etc.
Trust me, I’d love to make my squads…uniform, as they should be. Not the mixed up wash I have right now.
And I am sure a lot of people would pay for that.
Further to other replies (which thank you so much everyone for chiming in) . I am good with some weapon customization, so long as its tasteful and historic. Make them roughed up, or make them the new shiny from the factory as suggested in this thread.
Totally understandable Shiivex. This solution is not for everyone, but you added the vehicles and such which is great. They are another avenue we can go, and we can opt for historic camo’s as well along with other sorts of debris or additions to them.
I can in good faith say I spent a lot of $$$ on camo’ing out my tanks in WoT.
hell i wouldn’t mind a weapon pack 6.99 for 5 guns like and a larger one at 12 guns for 10 dollars or something instead of the premium squads u could buy just the guns for no premium benefit other than the fact its closer to the gold weapons like 5 resins or something or 5 Johnson riffles
If you mean buy in game guns? I’m not sure that would be the proper route. As it would potentially make the game ‘P2W’. And I’ve noted that I very much that I want to keep things like that out of the game where possible.
If its for skins on weapons sure, but not actual in game guns.
