Anyone else sees this? On PC, going to “Controls” → “Weapon” and after the “Gun reload” there is a new keybind called “Human.WeapAmmoToggle”, bound to “H” currently. Doesn’t seem to do anything for now, wonder what’s this for?
looking at its name it could be a ammo selector for infatry weapons(similar to how it works for tanks), potentially for diffrent shotgun ammo
might have also been an older implementation for rifle grenades, that was never finished/used just sorta left in because noone noticed it
It means that instead of shooting bullets, your weapon will shoot tiny Hans or Yvans.
I’m sorry to disappoint you. On the default control configuration, the “H” key binds to the select fire setting for the current weapon. I know that because earlier today I borrowed an FG-42 sniper variant on Normandy and used the h key to change it to Semi Auto.
I assume no one has updated the name associated with the variable and that’s why the misleading title is there, but you can test this for yourself in a practice session.
m30 drill 3rd barrel? will we be able to shoot the rifle cartridge now?
will test brb brb
sadly no
It’s for the upcoming premium ammo.
I m in hopes that it’s for the m30 3rd barrel…
Useless shotguns.
I just want to pink mist someone with the elephant gun
There’s a separate line for that one called “Firing mode”, it is all the way down the list in “Weapons” menu.
I’ll make you a deal; you don’t tell my former grade school teachers that I can’t read all the way to the end of a list and I’ll like your comment.
You are absolutely right, I made an assumption and I should’ve known better (especially this early in development).
