In War Thunder hull-mounted MGs were useless, so it wasn’t a big deal if those were not modeled, but in Enlisted I was expecting them to be functional since if my turret is pointed at an other direction a MG to cover the front of my tank from infantry would be nice to have.
I hope they will be modeled in the near future, because those can really boost the performances of certain tanks

THIS. Tank turrets are slow enough to rotate, as it should be, and the turret mounted MG would be great for additional cover from AT personnel on the ground. Just limit the traverse distance to about 160° to the front of the main gun that the individual on the MG isn’t OP and covering a 360° spread.
I was talking about the hull mounted ones that are manned by the radio operator, the AA commander MG was only present in certain tanks which currently are pz IV H,J and Pz. III N (?), all the moscow tanks were never fitted with commander MG on the cupola
Acknowledged. I wasn’t a war thunder player so I can’t attest to the differences between tank models/capabilities.
Either way, turret mounted MGs would be useful also. I haven’t seen them used in the game yet, but if they are actually working then by all means correct me.
Both MG options would be useful definitely agreed.
