HUD icons "smearing" on the screen issue

Anyone else noticed their crosshairs/hit indicators/squad members icons started “smearing” during fast movement lately after an update?

I thought it could be my monitor’s issue but then I caught it on screenshot:

I’ll play a couple of games, see what I find, I hadn’t noticed it but I’ve only played three games since the update dropped.

Same.You can also clearly see this problem when gambling.

I played four games today, sadly I forgot to actually focus on the death icons.
