How will mobile rallypoints work?

The new mobile rally trucks are an iteressting thing to see but leave be a bit confused as to how they should work.

1.Are they just like normal rally pointsand stop working inside 60m of the Objective or do we get the option to spawn ontop of the objective?
2. Will there be any use for the mobile rally if the track isnt even protected a bit so you will still be stuck hiding it in cover? If there is cover large enough for a truck there is plenty of spots that a normal rally could use possibly even closer.
3. Will the squad spawn as a passanger or just next to it?
4. Can you spawn if if the frack is still moving or do you need to deploy it first?
5. Will their wrecks be able to be crushed by tanks or will they just clog up the roads for everyone else?

More importantly can some A hole steal your ride once you park it?

Presumably there will be a limit on them, like number on map at any one time

Otherwise it will look just like the good old red orchestra:
You park the halftruck in a good, save spot.
First spawn of soldiers will steal it.
Halftruck is destroyed shortly after, lol.

That’s why players used to block them in trenches or other places where the vehicle could be stuck to the end to the match.
