I’d like to upload my sound mods pack, but every time I try to upload it, it gives me an error at 99% completion.
Can anyone help me?

How big is your sound mod pack?
If your network is not very fast, it might give you an error because of timing out, and you have no other options.
By the way, you cannot apply sound mods as of me writing this. The functionality of it is currently disabled for maintenance, just so you know
