How to view vehicle in different positions in the 'Choose vehicle' mode

I saw in a video in youtube an user viewing the the vehicle in different positions ( Quadro Quickie: Gold Vehicle Orders | Enlisted Guide to Gold Vehicle Orders - YouTube ) where it seems to me that he ‘drags’ the vehicle to view it in different points of view playing in the PC console, but I couldn’t do it in my PC.

I tried to find some help in FAQs without success. Anyone knows how to do it?

Rigth click or left click and move the camera? Dont work?

Some vehicles are bugged and you cannot move them around in the hangar.
