Default Position changing speed (prone coruch ): decrease % 10
Default walking speed: decrease %10
Default running speed: decrease %15
Default All reload animation speed: decrease %20 speed
Leaning: it takes 0.3 seconds now. Make it 1 second
I would not mind if the game was slower paced but I know there are some people who like how it is so this might be controversial

So we need different mode in the future, faster Arcade and slower Realistic Battle like War Thunder, but that is only possible after we got enough playerbase.

I personally agree that, but for now I would not say all of these are good ideas because some people may not feel good about some of them. Before we are able to have different modes of game like War Thunder, I still think each of these suggestions should be discussed carefully, implementing all of them at a time may be too much risk of losing playerbase compare to a little improvement of realism.
I would like a more tatical feeling in the game sometimes.
Its mostly due to maps not movement actually

Personally I don’t think slowing the game down is a good thing. At the moment the combat is fast and arcady which is where the game shines. Making it arbitrarily slower just makes the time between combat longer and makes the experience less fun overall.
Not necceserily larger on depth but horizontally larger.
Simple, make bots great again 
This zerging, was only allowed to happen, as all complained they get kill, by a bot, so they make bots useless, thus zerging happens, if bots worked, like they use to, then there be none of this, i am invincible, zerging.

You cant shine by doing what %90 of others doing but also doing it badly
Enlisted if we count as arcady fast paced shooter is mediocre compared to others.
Most fps games are arcady and fast.
Enlisted fast paced battles are just endless slugs or total chaos.
You want to see what is shining means by being arcady and fast ?
Play some counter strike then you will understand what shining really means.

Even quake 1-2, unreal tournament were shining brightly as the sun at their times while being arcady and way faster than enlisted

Actualy many maps are quite wide. But all are very shallow and this often makes it hard to counter enemy rally, tank etc.
It would be nice to have an option like in warthunder to choose a more fast paced game (arcade) or more tactical (realistic)
Probably I won’t surprise anyone when I say this idea is old as rock.
