How to balance paratroopers

1- put time delay between each jumping 20 seconds
2-make planes take more time to reach, make them spawn from more distant location or decrease their speed to give planes a chance for intercepting

They are already balanced imho + this was already suggested (like yesterday lmao).

Imo it would be cool if transport planes would spawn in waves.

Sth along lines:
When you want to drop as paras, you have to “request a plane”. Basically press spawn button (you won’t be able to resign). You will have to wait a bit.
In this time AI transport planes (3 let’s say) would spawn and will make their way to the objective (they won’t spawn as fas as bombers, much closer).
Other players will be notified about friendly transport planes so they can join the drop.
All players will be dropped at once from those 3 planes like tgey do now (soldiers will spawn just before the drop).
A bit like in H&G.

I’d like it this way because imo it would be very cinematic (imagine almost 20 (or more) paras droping at once) and less stupid than a single transport plane teleporting to the battlefield.

I wouldn’t mind if all spawning was in ways, like one minute period for example.

Staying alive as defender would have been more reasonable.

Normandy Axis is currently a waste of time. Haven’t had a game since yesterday where there haven’t been at least 3 squads dropping on top of our spawn spamming grenades and gunning down survivors with 100 round automatics. Something needs to be done.

In my opinion, the Axis of Normandy has had nothing to do with airborne events and has been all newbies and bots for the last few months and has been trampled by the Allies.
So I don’t think it has anything to do with airborne.

  1. Remove the construction hammer from the equipment box.

They have access to so much as it is, their special thing is being able to drop in from behind, allowing them to build a rally point is extreme overkill.

Yes like more “normal” weapon instead of 6x smg 100 ammo mag it should be something like 3x smg 30 ammo mag and 3 rifle. I know some pay to win but right now its more like pay to f*** everyone else. And now free event paratrooper have 6x machine gun 100 ammo mag. I guess people taking these decision are high or something

That’s just how the balance of the game shifts. For more than a year, it was the complete opposite.

Please consider both sides. The Axis have a new FG42 that is basically a laser beam and takes no skill to use, and then another FG42 with a grenade launcher (the only automatic weapon in the game with one I might add).

Your idea is to ruin paratrooper role.
Your silly suggestion to take away the paratroopers’ prized gadget, the hammer, has already been debunked by me in another thread.
Stop spamming posting the same thing over and over in different threads.

Grenade launcher ain’t really great, except with a direct hit. And its 2x Allied paratrooper with 6 fully automatic weapon with 100 mag each - vs - 2 Axis paratrooper with 6 semi automatic rifle with 20 mag each. That math ain’t fair.

Give Axis paratrooper 6x MP40 + 6x MG42 with 100 mag each and i’ll call it even.

Let me say it again:

This is coming from some who owns and actively uses both sides’s weapons. No side is a victim here.

Just having a big, fat mag doesn’t make a good weapon.

Also:

I want new, unique weapons. Not just repeats. The MP40 isn’t that good once you start getting your hands on the later war SMGs, and there’s also some real good ones in Stalingrad I plan to use here.
