How to Achieve "Achieve Level 20" Achievement

Achieve.
I wanted to say it one more time.

At any rate, there was an Achievement titled
General
Achieve level 20 in research (complete research 20 times)

Mine is hung up on 15/20 and hasn’t moved since the Big Merge.

Allies:
Tier 1 15/9
Tier 2 12/7
Tier 3 8/6
Tier 4 1/6
Tier 5 1/6

That’s a total of 37 and I still haven’t gotten the achievement. Is it still achievable after the Big Merge?

It seems that it takes tiers into account. Research one more tier1 tech (I don’t know if you have any left) and see if the acchievement progress moves to 16/20.

I’ll double check with my next research target. But I’m pretty sure the “15s” there are a coincidence. I was level 15 in the Normandy Campaign before the Big Merge and I don’t think it’s moved since
