Based on newest WT leaks. There will be event with playable infantry very soon in WT.
So I wonder how many people from Enlisted’s community are interested enough to try it.
(WT forum even has special tag for leaks topics, so I don’t see reason why it should be against Enlisted’s forum rules to post WT leaks here as well. It’s nothing “illegal”).
I wonder what would be point of Enlisted’s existence once infantry is going to be fully implemented in WT. Especially including WW2 stuff.

I’ll probably play it depending on time period.
Because it’s logical evolution of War thunder. And Enlisted was always side project. Everything related to WT will always be prioritized over other projects.
In better case scenario, they will merge those two games together. With people keeping stuff from Enlisted to some extent.
In worse case scenario, Enlisted will just slowly die. As it is quite obvious it doesn’t have dedicated dev team.
Not me.
But if they merge Enlisted and WT…maybe if I keep what I’ve in Enlisted. If not, I will play another game.
Unfortunately I think that is the most likely option to happen.
yeah not gonna play it, I already spent too much of time on unlocking everything in Enlisted to feel free, wont allow the grind and events to kill my free time again
I play Enlisted because it eliminates the one single thing that keeps me from playing Warthunder - 3rd person mode.
Even in “realism” you look from above your tank, while in enlisted tanker view is limited and requires positioning and great situational awareness to have success.
Also Soviet bias is real as always, but I even live with that in Enlisted.
Well, there’s no 3rd person in SBs. But it’s true RBs are unofficially main mode of WT.
I will sure play it, i got USA, USSR, Germany all grinded up to 12.0 on ground i kind of want to see how they will do a modern FPS in WT.
it will be death for enlisted, if there are infantry in WT, then everyone who wants to play a game with mechanics similar to enlisted will not play enlisted, but will play WT, and then everything is obvious, the old players will not play forever, and there will be no new ones, moreover, after adding infantry to WT enlisted support, if it does not stop, will definitely become the same as in other non-popular Gaijin games, that is, none. A more or less good outcome is a complete merger of WT and enlisted, but this is unlikely because developers are afraid to increase the weight of the game so much, so even if there is a transfer of content from enlisted to WT, it will either be incomplete or it will be compensation at all, and then we can only pray that the compensation is decent, not a fixed reward in the form of a conditional 10-day premium account and 100 eagles per account, because I poured a huge amount of money and time into enlisted, counting on its almost eternal support like WT

I’m just not so keen on having Swedes and Italians fighting Soviets and Americans in the jungles of the pacific and whatever.

more factions and subtrees, more vehicules (new APC, AA cars, new planes, milky truck…) and new periods (ww1, CW, modern),
new fronts,
we keep our semi historical system (not like WT where a panzer can fight with a sherman against another panzer so I don’t want to see USSR and Us soldiers together in Normandy against Jap and venezuelan/other nations for exemple),
maybe more players,
no 3rd person vision,
maybe bigger/larger maps (or like some mods like the Big Action : using more parts of our actuals maps) and more players /bots ingame,
new gameplay with boats,
more content ,
more periods, but NO MIX: WW2 against WW2 and Cold War against Cold War (not a big sh!t mix like Abraham against Tiger)
this is just for now, we know that they already have a lot of modern infantry weapons, and if they tighten up the content of their active matter, they will be able to recruit prototypes from the post-war period and even more modern weapons, all they will need to do is create new maps with the entourage of modern warfare, maps with the entourage of WW2 already exist in Enlisted
It’s fine so long as the build a wall between WW2 and the cold war I don’t want enlisted to be any more like war thunder than it already is
I used to play WT all the time, but I got bored with it far more then I have with Enlisted so I uninstalled WT over a year ago to save space on my computer. If they add infantry, I might reinstall it and try it out, but unless it is superior in game play to Enlisted, I doubt I would not end up uninstalling it again. However, I will keep an open mind until I tried it.
What’s good about war thunder is so many factions and so few qs with a large player base, what’s bad is it’s not a war game, that is it’s not stimulating any war teams are random jumbles or tanks from every country you not fighting WW2 you’re fighting a battle royale with WW2 and cold war tanks cause even /WW2/ is not just WW2 tanks.
If WT Infantry gets a realistic battle mode before Enlisted, I’ll go in WT.
I never really thought enlisted would be just a testing ground for war thunder infantry…
I played Enlisted happily for years now, but life goes on. If the actual infantry game of the devs will become War thunder and Enlisted will be lost, it may be time to grow up and stop gaming in general for me. I invested so much money in Enlisted- and i won´t do it again after it will be left behind…
The best we can hope for is a merge of both games i think… I really hope there won´t be a bad ending for us.
