I personally think they need a buff
Definitely needs a buff. Before the weapon balance was pretty good with a few exceptions. I personally feel like all default weapons should be considered the best with most unlockable weapons being sidegrades. Both the mosin and and kar should do 15 dmg. the the MP28/38/40 all need some buffs.

They definitely needs a buff. There are plenty of threads about it already.
Soviet issue is sadly more on the player side of things. In fact, soviet team can pretty much roflstomp germans when they know what they are doing

Yup. Their damage across the board is 10-40% higher, depending on the weapon type.
MP28/38/40 have better recoil than PPD34/38. Its already better guns than soviet pp.
I think the reason the damage is so low on the German weapons is because of the abysmal win rate of the soviets on conquest.
But even with the worse weapons the Germans get the Russians are still losing more than they win.
So it seems it’s not a weapon balancing issue at all. But rather a playerbase issue.
But yes I think things like the K98 and VZ 24 should do the full 15 damage. And the SMGs should all get an extra point or so of damage as well. Though I actually think the soviets SMGs should perform better at range slightly too.

as a russian and german player my self,
i think that the german rifles and smg should be buffed a little bit. not like the old values, because the russian get absolutly rekt, but somewhere in between.
they need a buff and should be the same as Russians. no reason base rifles like german sniper k98 should do less damage.

Buff damages to be equal to russian (BA:13>15 and SMG:5.5>6)
Not to equal to their old stats (BA:13>15 and SMG:5.5>8.5)

Not true, before the nerf the German smgs were good at mid-semi long range by sacrificing some ROF and the Russian was a bullet hose good close range. Now after the nerf the German smgs simply do less damage then the PPD.
