ken*
you call them ken.
can’t missgender people in 2022
( joking… even though some people out there are serious about it )
beside, you bring somewhat of a good point, but i don’t think it’s their mistake.
what i have seen, is that the editor it self has alot of issues which can leads to those assumptions.
first and foremost, what i would have at least expected to be mentioned from devs, is the editor it self issues.
like, the first problem that not many are aware, is that occassionally, the editor it self desync. what you see in the game, might not be represented in the editor. it’s not syncronized.
same goes when spectating in first person. the recoil it’s not there… the sights are off, and the camera looks junky as heck. and most of the time what you are viewing, is most of the time behind.
like, you perform the action, but the action it self is delayed and missplaced where current location in the match you were as previously mentioned.
third issue that i have found, when spectating a player, instead of the player it self, i find my self spectating a bot instead of the players movement. so, that’s why camera looks like cheating when it’s not.
this whole editor needs more work, and it’s causing more issues than goods i’m afraid. but as everything, it takes time to perfect it.
people often forget that bots are also a thing ( about accuracy ).
so yeah… what you see, it’s not always what happened.
( or at least that’s what happened to me in the only two replay that i managed to watch )
