I first encountered this bug about 4 or maybe 5 years ago and it’s still there… xD

Best thing you can do to fix this is uninstall the game and redownload it. Thats how I managed to stop it from appearing for 2 matches but after that it reappears. Anyways they says its hard to pin point the cause of the bugs since its pretty random so they cant really stop it and it just keeps coming back every few updates lol.

Fortunately, I have never had that bug. I did reinstall my game a couple years ago due to my ignorance after I had accidentally uninstalled it instead of uninstalling an update test version instead. 
No, I’m not always the sharpest knife in the drawer.

I can’t tell from the translator if it’s sarcasm or a joke or not, but the way to “fix” it is to throw the TNT on the floor and pick it up again.
As for why it happens, it’s when you have something else besides the TNT in the same place, for example, the repair key. It’s not that difficult, it’s just that the devs are either stupid or don’t want to fix it.
Like I said before, you’ll probably never carry dynamite and a wrench together xD
