How do I use the blue brush?
you don’t use it.
decals are automatically given to you once you completed the task.
unfortunately, no UI appears to let you know what you got.
fastest way to check, go in vehicles of the USSR, UK & USA faction and check the Event decals in the customization. if it’s highlighted, it means you got it. if not, you have unlocked a decal for another faction.
