Have patience and, uh… spare time to play (or do chores to fulfill the event conditions), when event starts?
We can also hope that these decals become unlockable, like in warthunder.

think that this decal is from some other event… from what i see in event description you can get 5 decals and this one isnt listed.

It’s like the Panzer Lehr decal for tanks. It’s an event decal but yet not unlockable. We can only wait.
