How can i use the soldier level up orders?

I got 6 of them in battle pass but how do i use them?

If u open up the perk menu of the solder u will see the upgrade soldier there u can use them or use gold to level the soldiers.

you can’t use level up soldiers cards on already fully veteran soldier.

they need to have at least one gray star.

but it will be under their icon and stars to the left
