Keep in mind it is a Slav company. As such, you must be of legal drinking age, which is 18 almost everywhere in the world! 
We slavs start way before that. If your family did not gave you beer or wine to drink at age of 10 then you are not a slav in my opinion.
Why would anyone want to work there?
I must bring justice to Italy, Hungary, and Romania, and if I have to work for them to get that done! Then so be it!

Here in Russia, at the age of 14, you can get a work record book, which will allow you to take on some part-time job where the employer allows you to work from the age of 14.

In Iran, it is difficult to find a job even for those with university degrees, let alone for minors.
