When you don’t use ADS, it allows you to fire as fast as before.
If you use ADS, you have 200 RPM to 250 RPM as you do now.
I think this will help both historical and balance.

Hipfiring should be faster but much less accurate than ads
wait, what would be the “logical” reason why you couldnt shoot fast while you ads? That just sounds like some weird gimmicky mechanic to try to balance something.
Dont know man, personally speaking a Semi auto nerf wasnt needed to begin with.

main thing in nerfing semiauto firerate is to make most unskilled players to use only full automatic guns in closecombat, while semiautomatic rifles will be less universal than before
