I propose this because:
- A lot of different units
- Not the standard Axis/Allies conflict seen later
- A lot of different and unique equipment
- A lot of interesting home-made tanks and “technicals”
- A completely different geographical area with a lot of differences in terrain
Anyway; 's just a thought.

Thats a great idea! Have you any idea how much work you just suggested? Its taken them this long to do 2 campaigns which share some characteristics, you’re basically suggesting a whole other game.

I would love for them to consider Japan-China 1931 as the start or WWII. Italy-Abbysina. Spanish Civil War. International Brigades. Condor Legion. Naval? USS Panay vs Japan? Shanghai Marines, Chinese, British, Coast Watchers. ANZAC. Go nuts!!!

It’s a good alternative for Nanking or Ichigo. Still gets tankettes being used.

Except it’s not really a completely new game. Yes, it will entail new maps (but what campaign doesn’t?), some new vehicles (again…what campaign doesn’t?) and some new equipment (I’d hate to have to reiterate it a third time…).
It will, however (imo), provide a completely new experience since
A: It takes place 36-39 (so mostly interwar tech)
B: A very good opportunity to make very different squads (just think of the different factions and fighting units that participated)
C: So it’s not the standard formulaic WW2 game that we’ve seen done to death since the early 2000’s.
So no; Seeing as this is the suggestions part of the forum and not the standard, toxic wailing wall that is the War Thunder forums, I won’t let your grumpiness stand in the way of what I think is a good suggestion to differentiate this game from such titles as Post Scriptum or Hell Let Loose (besides the “freemium” format, that is).
