Just make them have 30 in each stat to make them worth the price of adding to the squad.
Since Battle Pass 5, all gold order soldiers since have been maxed levels, but only the soldier classes max. Why not break that out and give them all 30?
It can up fun experiments like a soldier having +15 sprint speed and +75 revive speed with vitality and horizontal recoil, or any other random combination one could think of.

At least give them 16/16/16 so we can get one of the best perks for them. Petr Likhanov only got like 15 health points, that means that he cannot get +35% vitality… worse than free assaulters

I always thought that gold order soldiers should have max roll stats and +1/+1/+1.
Like, it isnt gamebreaking but would still be enough to make them stand out from other soldiers.
and a miss opportunity for them to have a a small medal on the outfit 
i recommended some months ago to make all gold order soldiers have perfect max stats and give them +3+3+3. this way they all will get at least 17 in every color and will casually reach 20+ in their main colors. this way they stay realistically immersive while displaying physically superior soldier and war hero.
