I don’t think it’s meaningful for soldiers to wait for 2 hours to upgrade. It takes 5 minutes for level 1 to level 2 and 2 hours for Level 2 to level 3. Such waiting is a waste of time. Especially when my reserve reaches the upper limit, I need to upgrade soldiers to make room for some positions. However, I need to wait, which is very disgusting
Or at least pause.
it runs when you’re offline, just throw some into the academy before you log out.

Or if you have some trash level 1s just dismiss them
in a picture in the russian channel it was shown that premium account will get 50% less time in the academy training so I guess they wont remove the time for training
That’s because using academy has nothing to do with cleaning your reserves. You should use academy all the time in order to progress, while real cleaning kicks in when you use your tickets and receive lots of soldier that you never use, i.g. pilots, which are going to be deleted.
