Has you can see. if you hold ( L ) for a moment, instead of giving a individual move order to one of your soldiers, it make a individual move order in the feet of your soldier. ideal for a manual position of a sniper in the roof of a building.
now whatever you need you sniper to provide cover you can switch to him and he will not abandon he’s position. so he’s always there providing cover.
