In newest war thunder update, Ho Ni got a 4th crew number: loader.
Can we also get 4th crew nember in Enlisted?
Or, why not 5?

Ho Ni 3, a casemate version, has 5 crews, why a open top have less crew?
there’s many pictures showing Ho Ni 1 run by 5 crews.
Also, you cannot peak out in Ho Ni 1, let alone unable to use personal firearm or binocular.
Is this in the grand scheme of “tanks that cannot use binocular”?
- Yes, make it 4 crewed
- Yes, make it 5 crewed
- Nah, leave it 3 crewed

would the extra crew member make much of a difference though?
Better survivability & more crew to replace thus better combat effectiveness

Maybe we should make a thing of this? That sounds like another squad to visit and reconsider size.
This would really help with various aspects, including bringing this game back twords it’s roots in a more historical/realistic way. Tanks and other lacking vehicles are a perfect way in!
I’d vote what you mentioned is next!
All vehicles should have their accurate crew
