First off, the sandbags need to be stackable with more ease. We’ve managed it a couple of times on perfectly flat ground, but they really need to introduce a snapping system. Snap to the top of a previous sandbag to increase height, snap behind to make wall thicker. (up to 2). This way, if a wall is 2 thick, HMGs should no longer be able to destroy. Only direct hits from high power explosives or a TNT pack should be able to.
This also opens up the possibility of making raised platforms and side-fortified nests.
Either way, sandbags need to be more resistant to the HMG fire.

Or they shouldn’t destroy as easily but can still be penetrated by HMG.
That would largely defeat the purpose of sandbags. There are some objectives that are wooden buildings that it turns into swiss cheese. While I do believe it should pierce wooden walls, I also believe that the defenders should have a way to actually DEFEND against it.
Well the bag would stay standing and maybe we need to decrease penetration chance with it?
I’m very wary of stackable constructions. Starts with 2 high (which is already too high imo, in a combat zone)
Then it evolves to this atrocity:

Already unrealistic enough. Let’s not worsen it…
